Memberships are available to individuals who qualify as “accredited investors” under Regulation D promulgated by the United States Securities and Exchange Committee, and who have such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that they are capable of evaluating the merits and risks of prospective investments.
Dues are $500 per year.

Furthermore, Boise Angel Alliance has not solicited any character or credit references respecting prospective investors.
4. Each entrepreneur may negotiate his own transaction with prospective investor(s) and should make his own investigation of the investor's financial condition and integrity.
5. All entrepreneur applicants are encouraged to seek legal and other professional counsel prior to entering any transactions with prospective investors.
6. This form does not constitute an undertaking by Boise Angel Alliance to offer for sale or sell any securities or other interests in entrepreneur-applicant.
7.This form does not constitute an undertaking to sell any investment interests in applicant-entrepreneur's venture. Any investment resulting from the Boise Angel Alliance network introduction shall be on a negotiated basis between the entrepreneur-applicant and the prospective investor(s) without any participation by, endorsement of or remuneration to Boise Angel Alliance.

I further certify that the information contained in this Membership Application Form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, that I am an accredited investor as specified in the attached Accredited Investor Status, and that I possess such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that I am capable of evaluating the merits and risks of prospective investments and that I have the authority to make this application.
