INFORMATION FOR ANGELS. Angels are accredited investors who have an interest in investing in and working with early stage, high growth potential companies. Membership in the Boise Angel Alliance (BAA) is by invitation only and is limited to accredited investors. Members of the BAA meet together monthly on the third Tuesday of most months from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Members work in committees to review and screen deals, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms and monitor deals post investment. Dues are $500 per year.
