DEALS FUNDED BY MEMBERS OF THE BOISE ANGEL ALLIANCE AND FUND
The Boise Angel Fund is prepared to lead investment rounds of local companies where the Fund commits its own funds, the members of the Alliance may commit their personal funds, and we take the investment to other groups throughout the country. In this manner we hope to help the entrepreneur raise many more dollars than the fund and members alone could prudently invest.
The Boise Angel Fund and Alliance members also may invest in offerings from out-of-state companies where there is another angel group in whom we have confidence leading the investment. Typically out-of-state investments will be smaller investments than we might make were we to lead the investment round.
